Shipping/Pick-up:

Purchases made on our online store can be shipped to you. 
If you choose shipping by mail (parcel), you can expect to receive the package within 1 to 2 business days.
Our packages are delivered by PostNL, and we have no influence over the delivery days and hours. For more information on shipping via PostNL, visit www.postnl.nl.

Our shipping fees:
Within the Netherlands: €4.95, free for orders over €100
Within Europe: €12.95
Outside Europe: €19.95

Note: We ship worldwide whenever possible. If you cannot select the correct country during the ordering process, please contact us!

Returns:

When returning a discounted item, you will not receive a refund but rather an online store credit. Items with a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned.

A 14-day trial period applies to all purchases made on our online store. This period starts from the day you receive your order. Items can, of course, be tried on, but there are a few conditions:

- The item must be returned in its original condition and, if possible, in its original packaging.
- If damaged products are returned, we may charge a compensation fee or cancel any credit.

If you wish to return a product, you need to register it. Even if you want to exchange something, the product to be returned must be registered. It can be sent to this email address: info@petitbaem.com. After that, you can order the new product. Of course, you can always contact us by phone regarding an exchange request.

You can bring the product to be returned to our store in Amsterdam or send it by mail. We recommend using an insured shipping service or Track & Trace.
